Our in-person events happen in Australia. This one comes to you.
Many MTM students live a long way from the Gold Coast and our other live events. The International Markets Summit is the flagship event built for you: the same educators and the same depth, delivered live online so you can take part from wherever you’re based.
- Join live from anywhere. No flights or travel days. Bring your laptop and your questions.
- Join in properly. The live polls and the allocation exercise mean you’re contributing, not just watching a stream.
- Learn alongside the wider community. See how members in different countries answer the same question about the next decade.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You know your home market well. You suspect you’re missing part of the picture.
- You’re part of the MTM community outside Australia, or too far from our in-person events, and you want a flagship event you can join from home.
- Most of your attention goes to one or two markets (for many of us that’s the ASX and the US), and you’ve rarely looked properly at the others.
- You hear “just buy the S&P 500” all the time, and you’d like to test that view yourself instead of taking it as given.
- You’re investing for the long term, through dollar-cost averaging or regular contributions, and want to know where those dollars should go.
- You want a repeatable way to compare markets, not a list of tips that goes out of date.
- You’re a Gold Academy member who wants a deliberate, structured deep dive on global allocation that the daily calls don’t have time for.
Academy calls follow the market. This summit steps back from it.
Our weekly Academy Gold calls are built to respond to what’s happening right now: today’s setups, this week’s moves and the questions members bring. That’s their job, and they do it well. The summit has a different job. It spends a whole day on one big question, across five markets, with a structure you take part in from start to finish.

How the day works
You start with your own view. You finish with an informed one.
The summit is built so you can see how your thinking changes. You’ll commit to an answer at the start, work through the evidence, and then decide again.
- Opening poll – Which of the five markets do you believe will perform best over the next decade? You answer before any analysis.
- Your starting allocation – Build your portfolio allocation as you’d set it today, based on what you currently know.
- Global indices and their history – How the major indices have performed historically, and what that does and doesn’t tell you.
- What’s underneath each index – The sectors and companies that drive each market, and why markets with similar headlines behave very differently.
- Following global capital – Ratio and relative-strength analysis to compare markets and sectors, and to see where money is flowing.
- Second poll – The same question again, now that you’ve seen the evidence. Compare how the room’s view shifted, and how yours did.
- Rebalance – Revisit your starting allocation and adjust it based on what you’ve learned. This is your personal view, with your reasons written down.
You’ll leave with
A wider lens and a method you’ll keep using.
- A broader view of global opportunities – Including the markets you’ve rarely looked at closely.
- The ability to compare indices and sectors – Using ratio and relative-strength analysis you can repeat on your own.
- A rebalanced view of your portfolio allocation – Before and after, with your reasoning recorded.
- A framework for the S&P 500 question – A practical way to assess whether it remains the strongest long-term DCA option, now and in future.
This is the deep dive the weekly calls don’t have room for.
The calls keep you close to the market week by week. The summit gives you a day away from the noise to make a bigger, slower decision about where your long-term money goes, using a method you can bring back to every call afterwards.
